10 pm – 7 am, daily. As with most communities, please keep music, movies, or other noise to a conversational level during the quiet hours.
Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.
Kenect Events
We welcome you to attend our events and fitness programming during your stay. Please visit the front desk to RSVP to events in the building during your stay.
Guests
The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation and all names of guests staying overnight must be noted on the reservation. Any visiting guests must be accompanied by the reservation holder at all times. Additionally, an unregistered guest should at no time be given the reservation holder’s key fob and cannot make requests for parking, cart rental, maintenance requests, etc.
No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and e-cigarettes. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.
Pets Allowed
Kenect is pet friendly. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 per stay. Please register your pet at check-in. Pet must be up to date on all required vaccinations as per veterinarian and state code. Pets are required to be on leash if outside of apartment on property. Please use dog park for relief and we ask that you pick up dog waste.
Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind are prohibited. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed. If you wish to rent one of our amenity spaces for a photoshoot, please see a Kenect team member for pricing and availability.
Parking
Parking is available for $75/month, per vehicle. Guests must inform our team if parking is required prior to stay to ensure their car is registered with our parking partner, Metropolis. Please be sure to contact us to set up your registration to avoid parking tickets and charges.
Mind the Keys
A $100 fee will be incurred for replacement of apartment FOB or mail key. Please see Concierge if you need replacement.
Packages and Mail Delivery
Please do not send anything to the apartment. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
Glass in Pool Areas
Absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool area. A $100 fine will be assessed if found with glass at the pool. Should glass break in the pool area, guest is responsible for drainage, cleaning and any refunds given to other guests for pool closure.
Excessive Cleaning
Enjoy your stay but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However, if it takes our staff longer than 2 hours to clean after your visit, an additional $125 fee will be assessed.
